Graphene coating is a cutting edge technology that is stronger and more durable than ceramic coatings.
Graphene is a sheet-like material made up of carbon atoms linked together in a hexagonal mesh. It is extremely thin, about 1 nanometer thick, light, flexible, and has the strength of a diamond, yet can also be bent flexibly.
Compared to conventional ceramic spray coating ,
- Adams' most durable spray coating ever - Less likely to develop water spots - Less likely to attract protein stains from insects etc. - Less likely to get scratched when washing cars - Deep color and improved transparency - 9H hardness, protection for over 1 year - Smooth surface improves water sliding - High contact angle of 110-118° on average - UV tracing technology - Can be applied to body, glass, headlights, chrome, trim, wheels, and tops It is superior to Ceramic Spray Coating in all respects.
As the name Graphene Ceramic Coating suggests, this product is a ceramic coating with graphene added to strengthen the coating. Graphene alone does not bond well to the body as it is weak. We have created a product with a special formula that combines ceramic molecules with graphene oxide to bond with the body and graphene on the surface.
The most important factor in the finish of the coating is the preparation of the base. Please make sure to prepare the base.
1. Wash the car thoroughly to remove water spots and insects. Use various specialized products if necessary.
2. Remove minor scratches with Scratch & Swirl Remover and smooth the surface with a Clay Bar .
3. Use Surface Prep to degrease.
4. Spread the coating over the application area using the Coating Applicator or a non-absorbent towel.
5. Use a UV Flashlight to check for any missed spots.
6. Leave it on for 1 to 2 minutes and then wipe it off with a towel.
7. Apply the product to the entire surface, making sure not to leave any areas unwiped.
8. It will harden in 4-5 hours, but will be fully hardened in 12 hours.
*Be careful of rain and water while curing.
