Sanding applicator × 1
2 x 2000 grit sanding discs
2 x 3000 grit sanding discs
Powder-free black nitrile gloves (rubber gloves) x 4
Installation Method
1. Put on the gloves provided. Open one of the Headlight Oxidation Remover Wipes and spread it over the entire headlight while still folded.
2. Use Waterless Wash or rinse with water and wipe with a towel.
3. Open another package of Headlight Oxidation Remover Wipes and repeat steps 1 and 2.
4. Fix a 2000 grit sanding disc to the sanding applicator and wet both the headlight and the sanding disc with water (e.g. spray with water). Rub the entire surface of the headlight with moderate pressure in an even, non-circular motion for 2-3 minutes.
5. Repeat step 4 with a 3000 grit sanding disc.
6. Use Waterless Wash or rinse with water and wipe with a towel.
7..When the headlights are completely dry, open the Headlight Graphene Ceramic Coating and, without unfolding the folded wipe, apply it horizontally to the entire headlight.
When doing so, apply the product evenly, being careful not to apply it to multiple areas.
8. Once applied, the coating will begin to harden within 15-30 minutes depending on ambient conditions and will be fully cured in about an hour. Do not wipe it off like traditional ceramic coatings.
*This product is not designed to repair stone chips or scratches, but to restore discoloration.
